Notice
Take a quiet moment to check in with your emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, mental capacity and energy.
ABOUTTODAY
Life moves quickly. AboutToday creates one small moment to notice how you're feeling, understand what shaped your day and gradually recognise the patterns that matter.
Currently preparing for App Store release.

A SMALLER WAY TO CHECK IN
You don't need to solve every feeling the moment it appears. Sometimes the useful thing is simply noticing what's there.
Take a quiet moment to check in with your emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, mental capacity and energy.
Record what shaped your day and gradually recognise the relationship between what you do and how you feel.
Use what you learn to make small, realistic choices that support the way you want the days ahead to feel.
THE APP
Check in with how you're doing, record what happened and gradually see how the things in your life relate to the way you feel.
Capture where you are today without judging the answer.
Record activities, moments and experiences that shaped your day.
See what tends to give you something back — and what tends to take from you.
WHY ABOUTTODAY EXISTS
Mental health support shouldn't begin only once someone reaches crisis. AboutToday aims to help people notice how they're doing earlier while supporting organisations already providing vital mental health services.
Revenue first covers the genuine costs of operating the business: development, technology, services, support, insurance, tax and day-to-day operations.
A company reserve gives AboutToday room to handle slower periods, unexpected costs and future investment without compromising its long-term sustainability.
REINVEST
Half of available profits are intended to be reinvested into new tools, experiences and ideas designed to support mental wellbeing.
SUPPORT
Half of available profits are intended to support organisations providing mental health support, crisis intervention, education and community services.
This is AboutToday's intended early-stage model. As the business grows, the goal is to increase the amount it can contribute while maintaining a sustainable organisation capable of supporting people for the long term.

A MOMENT IN THE REAL WORLD
Sometimes the reminder to pause shouldn't come from another notification. The AboutToday Photo Booth turns the same idea into a physical experience.
MOMENTS
Short reflections about the ordinary moments that affect how we feel. Nothing to optimise. Nothing to perfect. Just something useful to take with you.
